In fact Mike has spent his entire career at Old Trafford.<\/p>\n<p>He captained the County from 1992-97, played 4 Tests &amp; 1 ODI\u00a0and was County coach for 6 years before being appointed to his present position in 2008. Apart from overseeing well deserved glory for Lancs this season, Mike is also a highly acclaimed after dinner speaker.
